Well guys it’s officially 2020! Cheers!
Happy New Year to my friends, family, and followers. Last year was kind of an off year for us but I’m hoping to get back on track. A few things happened in 2019 both bad a good.
However here is to 2020, a new page in a chapter. A new slate to be clean, a new chance and place to let things go. We are not done being molded and written.
Today isn’t promised to no man and I don’t know what 2020 will hold for anyone but I know it’s all in Gods hands and I trust 100% in him that 2020 is ok.
I am done with the old and I am made in the new. I got baptized in 2019 and feel this a brand spanking new year to do things right!
I am letting go of the past because its water under the bridge. Time to start over
I am going to be more kind to those around me and I want to spread more kindness
I am making amends
I am working on a better life for my family
I am taking care of my health and mental health more along with my children’s mental health.
I am counting my blessings
I am less angry than I was and I’ll continue to get better. I am stopping being a yelling mom.
And most of all I am letting God lead 2020. I couldn’t of made it another year with out him.
If it’s ok with you I would like to pray for anyone reading this post and hope they have a blessed New Year. A year to stop hatred, to stop the fighting, to be more loving and a year to do better. Show kindness to everyone! I do mean everyone, from the lady who cut you off in traffic to everyone you know or come across.
First I want to thank you for all you have done for us in 2019. For both the good and the bad! If it wasn’t for both we wouldn’t have known your blessings and lessons that we needed to see and learn last year. Thank for letting us live another year on this earth you have provided. Please bless this New Year of 2020 for us, bless us with your grace and mercy. Your peace and joy. Guide us unto you Jesus and your plans for our bright future. Protect us from the one who deceives us and guide us to a better tomorrow. Help us have discerning hearts to make better and wiser decisions. Thank you for letting us reach 2020 and shine your light in our daily lives.
In you precious Sons name, Amen!
